Terms of Services
UFL follows a set of conditions that must be met before its Legal Team takes on any case, in order to provide optimal assistance to anyone seeking their rights. These conditions are mainly:
- The case must be based on solid rights and supported by documents.
- No power of attorney is awarded to other lawyers, unless a written “no objection” is granted to UFL lawyers or Poa revoked, in accordance with the Bar Association applicable laws.
- Poa awarding party must not undertake any activity related to the case separately, except after coordination and approval by UFL Legal Team.
- According to the nature of the case, UFL Legal Team determines the basis of potential cost and revenue sharing.
- UFL does not tolerate any political intervention or pressures in favor of any case it handles.
- UFL operates through building a partnership with its clients willing to be part of the fight against corruption.
